Vacant Home Staging: The initial visit is a complimentary service. Depending on the size of your house we may spend up to an hour assessing the space. During this visit we will collaborate with you or your agent to determine the best staging strategy for your home.

Partial Home Staging: We require a pre-listing consultation before the staging. Please read below for a detailed description.

We will follow our site visit with a detailed proposal, specified by room, including fees.
Once we receive a deposit from you we will save a date for your staging and will send you a formal contract.
On the staging day(s) we require the entire house to ourselves for seamless installation. We guarantee our completion date, so you can immediately follow the staging with your real estate photographer.
Once we receive the exciting news your house has been sold, we arrange a date to de-stage your home.
